In centuries past, when English lovers were denied approval from their families to be married, they would leave by night and head north for the Scottish boarder town of Gretna, to the blacksmith who would perform the marriage ceremony using the anvil as his alter and a hammer to pronounce the validity.
Today. Greta is still a destination for lovers who choose to take the vows of holy matrimony at the same blacksmith forge. This coffee selection boasts a bouquet of floral sweetness and a hint of celebration as golden rings are exchanged and the sound of the anvil rings forth!
